In reference, Dal Bahadur B.K residents of the Dalit settlement in Ward No. 7, Budhinanda Municipality, Bajura District, belong to an extremely poor family background. Due to their severe financial difficulties, the family has been facing significant challenges in providing proper education, care, and a secure future for their children. Furthermore, the lack of adequate childcare and educational facilities in their locality has made it difficult for the children to continue their studies.

Considering the vulnerable circumstances of the family and the children's need for a safe and supportive environment, Budhinanda Municipality, Bajura, and the District Administration Office, Bajura, have provided official recommendations to the Child Welfare Officer of Tokha Municipality and Children and Youth Mobilization Academy of Nepal(CYMA Nepal) for the necessary arrangements to ensure the children's care, protection,accommodation,food and nutrition and education at Children and Youth Mobilization Academy of Nepal (CYMA Nepal), located in Ward No. 1, Jhor Mahankal, Tokha Municipality, Kathmandu.
