Sirjana B.K., a resident of Ward No. 5, Nisikhola Rural Municipality, Baglung District, is the daughter of Mina B.K and the late Khim Bahadur B.K. She was born on 2074/05/06 B.S. Unfortunately, her father, Khim Bahadur B.K., passed away on 2074/09/16 B.S., when she was still an infant. Following her father's demise, the family faced severe financial hardships, making it extremely difficult for her mother and family members to provide her with proper care, education, and upbringing. Due to the absence of a stable source of income and the family's challenging economic circumstances, ensuring Sirjana's education and a secure future became increasingly difficult.

Considering her vulnerable family circumstances and the need for proper care, protection, and educational opportunities, Nisikhola Rural Municipality and the Area Police Office, Burtibang, Baglung, have provided official recommendations to Tokha Municipality and Children and Youth Mobilization Academy of Nepal (CYMA Nepal) for the necessary arrangements regarding Sirjana B.K.'s care, protection, and education. Accordingly, arrangements have been made for her to receive care and education at Children and Youth Mobilization Academy of Nepal (CYMA Nepal), located in Ward No. 1, Jhor Mahankal, Tokha Municipality, Kathmandu. This arrangement aims to provide her with a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for her overall growth and development.
