Manita Thami

Manita Thami is the daughter of Karnimaya Thami and Tulaman Thami, residents of Cadpole, Kalinchowk Rural Municipality–1 (formerly Kalinchowk VDC–2). Her father, Tulaman Thami, was physically disabled and unable to work, which created serious financial difficulties for the family. Due to their extremely weak economic condition, her parents were unable to afford her educational expenses and provide her with the necessary support for continuing her education.

Considering the family's difficult circumstances, her mother, Karnimaya Thami, submitted a written application to the Ward Office requesting support for her daughter's education. Following the recommendation of the Ward Office, arrangements were sought to ensure Manita's educational needs and overall well-being.

Due to these circumstances, Manita eventually came to reside at the Children and Youth Mobilization Academy of Nepal (CYMA Nepal), where she is currently receiving care, accommodation, and educational support.
