In this regard, it is hereby certified that Priyasha Pariyar, the granddaughter of Mr. Narbir Damai and the daughter of Mr. Narsiya Damai and Mrs. Setu Damai, is a permanent resident of Ward No. 11 of Junichande Rural Municipality. According to the information provided to this office, she is an orphaned and vulnerable child who does not have adequate parental care or a responsible family member to look after her proper upbringing, education and overall well-being. Due to the absence of proper guardianship and family support, she has been facing difficulties in accessing basic necessities and educational opportunities.

Furthermore, owing to her vulnerable family circumstances and lack of adequate care and protection, she requires institutional support to ensure her safety, proper upbringing and continued education. Considering her situation and the importance of providing every child with equal opportunities for a better future, Children and Youth Mobilization Academy of Nepal (CYMA Nepal), a non-profit organization dedicated to the care, protection, education and empowerment of children in need, has been providing her with necessary support through its residential hostel facilities.

Through the organization, Priyasha Pariyar is receiving safe and proper accommodation, nutritious food, clothing, quality educational facilities, healthcare and other essential necessities required for her daily life. In addition to formal education and basic care, CYMA Nepal also encourages her participation in various extracurricular activities, recreational programs and skill-development opportunities to enhance her confidence, creativity, talents and overall personality development.

The organization aims to provide her with a safe, caring and supportive environment where she can continue her education, develop essential life skills and grow into an independent, confident and responsible individual. Therefore, considering her orphaned status, lack of family support and vulnerable circumstances, this office recommends her case for necessary care, protection, educational support and other assistance to ensure her overall development and a better future.
