With reference to the above-mentioned matter, Bahadur B.K., Datta B.K., and Hanse B.K., residents of the Dalit settlement in Serkatiya, Ward No. 7, Budhinanda Municipality, Bajura District, belong to an extremely poor family background. Due to their severe financial difficulties and the chronic health conditions of their daughters, the family has been facing significant challenges in providing proper education, care, and a secure future for their children. Furthermore, the lack of adequate child care and educational facilities in their locality has made it difficult for the children to continue their studies.

Considering the vulnerable circumstances of the family and the children's need for a safe and supportive environment, Jagannath Rural Municipality, Budhinanda Municipality, Bajura, and the District Administration Office, Bajura, have provided official recommendations to the Child Welfare Officer of Tokha Municipality for the necessary arrangements to ensure the children's care, protection, and education at Children and Youth Mobilization Academy of Nepal (CYMA Nepal), located in Ward No. 1, Jhor Mahankal, Tokha Municipality, Kathmandu.
